Our hypnotherapist uses a range of skills, including NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching and Time Line Therapy, where she has reached Master Level in these.

What are these and what do they do?

Neurolinguistic Programming is basically teaching your mind to stop using the negative pathways you are using and instead build and polish up positive pathways that are easier to use, helping you to behave in a better way. You will also learn an array of tools to help you to deal with situations calmly and positively moving forward.

Hypnotherapy is basically a very relaxed state that allows your unconscious mind to take on all the positive learnings we discover and reinforce positive pathways in your mind. You will be aware of what is said and you will be able to talk or move, if you choose, or you could just enjoy the relaxation. Your mind will only take on things that you fundamentally agree with, so all you have to do is relax and let her bring out the best within you.

Each hypnotherapy session is recorded for you to take home to maintain and set the positive pathways created, as well as allow you to enjoy the relaxation it provides.

Time Line Therapy enables us to discover your specific, root issues that create the unwanted symptoms, then remove those negative and limiting beliefs and install all the positives to free you and allow you to behave in the right way for you.

The combination of all three is very powerful and shouldn’t be taken on by those who don’t want to change and to truly feel and be a better version of themselves… This is Life Changing!
