Important COVID-19 Information:
We are trying very hard to keep you safe. Please read the following information.
You MUST put on a clean mask before you enter the Clinic. We can provide you with a disposable Type IIR mask if you have forgotten it.
Arrive NOT EARLIER than 5 minutes before your appointment time and park in space 36 (only) until your appointment time. If there is a previous patient's car in that space, please wait until that space is vacant and move into it. Please don't over stay in the parking area.
Opposite the parking space is a black barn building called Alexandra House - ring intercom button 6.
Use the Hand Sanitiser provided inside the entrance hall and the practitioner will provide more sanitizer before you enter the treatment room.
Your temperature will be checked on your forehead with a contactless thermometer.
Note that your appointment reminder message will include a link to a COVID-19 Screening Form, which MUST be completed, signed and submitted on-line, the day before your appointment. However, if, between submitting the form and your appointment time, you or a member of your household develops any COVID-19 symptoms or receive a positive Covid test result, or asked to be isolated please call Mike to let him know.
Please do NOT attend the practice if you feel unwell. Call us and let us know.
Please keep your distance from others where possible.
Mike reduced his daily capacity so more time and space can be between people visiting the Clinic, to avoid crossovers and have more time for disinfection of the treatment area.
To avoid the risk of using the communal toilet facilities on site, please go to the toilet AT HOME before your treatment.
The Chiropractor will wear the recommended PPE for your treatment and will be carefully sanitizing the room and equipment after each treatment.
To minimise contact, a contactless PAYMENT will be arrange. We are no longer able to take money on the day.
Only ONE person will be allowed in the treatment room at one time, unless the patient is under 16/vulnerable and/or requires a chaperone.
Your appointment may or may not include a telephone consultation before your individual treatment or consultation in the practice. This will help to minimised face to face meetings for your safety.
If you need to change your appointment or cancel, let us know at least 24h in advance. You can do so by calling 01252 703633.
